Here is a Talo Special Edition model 629-6 with 3 inch heavy barrel and round butt K size grip frame encased in custom grade, factory checkered, impressed-logo Cocobolo finger groove combat grips. Sights are traditional Red Ramp front and adjustable White Outline rear. Trigger is .400 smooth combat MIM case colored, and hammer is traditional serrated .500 Target width, flat face against floating firing pin. All Smith & Wesson Hand Ejector descendants, of course, this one included, are equipped with transfer bar internal safety device, and all standard production models since 2002 have Smith & Wesson’s internal lock with two keys. Action type is traditional single- and double-action revolver, 6 shot cylinder capacity, chambered for .44 S&W Special and .44 Remington Magnum ammunition interchangeably. Frame is Large, N-size Magnum, and construction is entirely stainless steel except for firing mechanism, hammer and trigger. Weight empty is 40 ounces, consummately balanced. The 3 inch Magnums like this one are very pleasant to shoot with Special loads, and the owner has the Magnum capability for hunting and defensive purposes.
