Majority of the original bluing is intact on the forward area of the barrel, with substantial white streaking from bushing contact. Unblued white exterior portion has about 20 percent dark toning, with to superficially pitted small areas on the forward left side of the chamber white area and on the second, forward locking rib. Bore and chamber are bright and clean, and there is a faint amount of cloudiness that follows one of the rifling land edges for about 2 inches. We estimate this barrel was manufactured in the early 1980s.
