SHIPPING TERMS
* We generally ship within 5 business days of receipt of payment (excluding weekends) AND FFL dealer license.
* Firearms are not shipped out until we have confirmation from your FFL dealer that they are open, accepting transfers, and have a current copy of their FFL license on file.
* Shipping is only to FFL dealers.
* No international shipments.
BUYER RESPONSIBILITY/LEGAL OWNERSHIP LIMITATIONS
* It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that this firearm is legal to own in your city/state.
* We do not substitute / change magazines / make any alterations to firearms, or ship to areas where the item is prohibited. Do not purchase high capacity magazines if they are not legal for you to own in your area.
* It is the buyer's responsibility to find a FFL dealer in their area to have the firearm shipped.

WARRANTY and RETURNS
* Before accepting the transfer from your FFL, thoroughly inspect the firearm to ensure it is functioning properly. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, DO NOT complete the transfer. Have your FFL contact us immediately for instructions on how to proceed with the return.
* Unless prior arrangements are made, all items are sold AS IS, we will do our best to honestly and completely describe the condition of the firearm.
* New items have the manufacturer's warranty.
* Return shipments of firearms must be postmarked within 10 days of delivery and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return.
