Proven as it is now offered and used in builds by the "other" two larger and current suppliers of M1A/M14/M21/M25 systems. This one is Set on a 59,xxx receiver, and made in 1990, these were considered "the Golden Era" of Springfields, it has a lifetime warrantee from Springfield and is one of the last of the receivers (up to ser #63,xxx) which were hand ground and polished by the famous Melvin Smith of Valley Ordinance, Co.
This firearm is as built with NM 1/2" moa adjustment rear site, and .062" National Match front iron site, a black McMillan fiberglass stock, double lugs front and rear, and action bedded, it has never broken down, or disassembled from the stock or bedding. It has an Kreiger 1/10) bbl., stainless heavy contour barrel, less than 400 rounds, including break-in rounds. A sample site-in target showing approx. 5/8" moa at 100yds. is supplied by Mr. Fowler and enclosed. Zeroes for firearm @ yds are documented and logged with M118 LR ammo.. Logged and documented, zeroes for 200/300/600/1000 yds. are up from zero; 10 1/2--11 1/2--21 1/2--52 1/2 (for all those data nuts)
