Excreable service. I ordered the knife on 7/15 and was told it would ship on 7/18 by UPS. I received it today-7/27. Turns out that my payment was not processed until 7/23 and knife was not shipped until 7/25 not by UPS but by USPS. I will never order again. |

I would rate the transaction as positive. However with the distance and lack of interaction one has further information such as shipping plus tracking number would be much more professional. Since this is the first time I have made a purchase of this kind over the net. It leaves me uneasy not knowing the progress of my purchase for delivery. Other than that I am ok with sellers. |
