Excreable service. I ordered the knife on 7/15 and was told it would ship on 7/18 by UPS. I received it today-7/27. Turns out that my payment was not processed until 7/23 and knife was not shipped until 7/25 not by UPS but by USPS. I will never order again. |

I would rate the transaction as positive. However with the distance and lack of interaction one has further information such as shipping plus tracking number would be much more professional.
