I've been trying to pay for the item since July 14. Sent 4 emails and no response . Tried calling no response at first. Once I did get someone to answer I was met with rudeness. I was told that the individual who took care of online orders was out sick and would not return until Friday. Called them back Saturday and was told that the individual was on vacation until next Wednesday. I am canceling my order and will never buy from them again. Jay's guns really need to work on customer service. |

Got the pistol today. It is pretty dirty, but that is easily cleaned. One glaring issue is that the trigger has not been upgraded by Sig Sauer like the ad said it had been. Lying to your patrons isn't smart. I talked with Sig Sauer and luckily they will do the upgrade for free, but I hesitate to buy from Jays Gun because of this misinformation. |
