Comes in 2 piece S47 box that is in great shape as is the gun. There are 3 nicks on the edge of the cylinder and a scratch on the underside of the gun near the back of the triggerguard. The hammer mechanism is very crisp and the gun has almost no scroll marks on the cylinder. It appears that someone tried to refinish the grips as the inlaid Blackhawk has a yellowish tint to it.
