– Brand New. Still in original plastic packaging I first bought them in, never removed them from the bag even once. Have owned these mags for only about 1.5 years so they are still "freshly manufactured", although like most quality-made magazines they will last decades anyway when properly taken care of, under regular usage with no accidents.
– This comes as a bundle/package deal of 8 12rd SAIGA mags. Not selling them piecemeal one by one, looking for a single buyer for the bundle.

And that's because I'm a private owner not a shop or business, and I'm simply looking to liquidate some personal stock for cash at the moment. Meaning my need to unload these for cash can be your gain! Each of these SGM Tactical mags cost me $40 new + tax, but here I'm only charging $34/mag so you are saving 15% overall since the bundle is only $272 (34 x 8). You will not find a better deal anywhere (go ahead and start looking if you don't believe me, I patiently await your short return). The price and quality you are getting here is a screaming good deal. Stock up on your high-cap SAIGA mags in one go and save $$!
– Due to high-capacity mag limits in certain states, this item cannot be sold to the following states: WA, OR, CA, CO, IL, NY, VT, MA, RI, NJ, CT, MD, DE, DC. Of course the laws are always changing state by state, but Hawaii seems to be an exception in that the high-capacity magazine ban is only for handguns, so these shotguns mags are still legal there. In order to remain legally compliant, I can only sell and ship to states NOT on that list (again, Hawaii is fine). If you live in one of those states, I do sympathize for the anti-2nd-amendment political stance of your state's representation and current laws, however please do not buy this item since then I will be unable to ship to you and will be forced to refund your money anyway. However, I figured I would mention anyway, that SAIGA magazines are not only for the original "SAIGA" shotgun.
