This rifle features a 16.1" threaded barrel, 10+1 capacity, sating blued steel receiver, crossbolt safety, fixed thumbhole wood stock, 1:16" twist, and a weight of 5 lbs. The barrel is cold hammer forged and has a satin blued finish. Ruger's 10/22 Target has a patented, detachable 10-round rotary magazine with a unique rotor to separate cartridges and provide reliable feeding. It's legendary action is a tried and true Ruger design, ensuring consistent, reliable performance. A easy to use extended magazine release provides smooth, no fuss removal of flush mounted magazine. The 10/22 includes combination scope base adapter for both Weaver style and 22 tip off scope mounts.
