1941 Colt Banker's Special in .38 S&W, 2” barrel with an excellent, bright bore.
The cylinders are bright with no fouling, and no flashing or corrosion at the cylinder face. The metal surfaces of this Colt retain about 98% original nickel finish, showing a few flakes along the side plate with minor scattered handling marks.
All markings are crisp and clear, including the Rampant Colt.
The pistol wears a set of very early, smooth mother-of-pearl grips without medallions which remain in excellent condition and show shiny, clean and bright white. Correct and of the period.
A solid Colt Banker with tight lock-up and proper indexing. This barely fired piece has been well cared for.
