This Henry rifle will handle both the powerful .44 Mag. and the milder .44 Special for low recoil practice.  It has the dual loading feature of either filling the magazine through the front of the tube, or topping off rounds one at a time through the side gate.  Also for safety, ammo can be removed from the magazine through the front of the tube instead of jacking them all through the action.
