I don’t know a ton about this scope, my buddy gave it to me years ago, he used to have it on an AR. I do not have the hardware required to mount it to a carry handle. The scope is super clear and all adjustment knobs work properly. I’m not sure of any brand, as I could not find any markings, all I know is it’s a pretty close copy of the old Colt scope, just without the Colt name.
