This revolver features beautiful floral scroll engraving that covers slightly more than 3/4 of the surface area and follows the contours of the Goncalo Alves target stocks. The metal retains 99% plus of the factory quality blue finish with virtually no silvering except for a faint turn ring on the cylinder and the target hammer and trigger have bright color case-hardening remaining. The pistol is signed on the left side of the frame just above the cylinder, "J. ADAMS". The grips are also in excellent condition and exhibit almost no wear or flattening of the points. This is a beautiful gun, engraved by a modern American master, and would make a fabulous addition to any collection.
