original antique Winchester hatchet and belt scabbard in very good condition. Steel head is bright, turning a little gray with minor pinprick pitting. Nice clear markings, “WINCHESTER, TRADE MARK, MADE IN U.S.A.” 11 ½” wood handle, with no cracks and nice original finish. Original elather belt scabbard is supple with tight stitching and rivets, and working brass snap. Scarce original vintage Winchester hatchet in very good condition.
