One owner (Me)

This is last one of (3) Saiga Rifles I purchased brand new in 2011. I have fired approximately 30 rounds in a single occasion, through this specific Rifle since 2011. After firing, it was cleaned thoroughly, lubricated and placed inside its original box. On rare occasion, I remove from the box to inspect and apply a fresh coat of sealant oil. 

• I am selling it "as new" condition as the condition genuinely is "like brand new" due to extremely low use. 
• The rifle was bought with the Dragunov style stock already mounted OEM, not aftermarket. 

• I have all of the original accessories, components that came in the box.

The gun as described - in photo - in the original box, w/all original accessories. 

A. (1) 10 Round Magazine (factory mag). 

B. (1) 35 Round Magazine (aftermarket mag). 

C. (1) Scope-mount bracket (picatinny rail style).

D. All Kalashnikov box accessories that came with the rifle (packed inside the box)

RULES OF THE PURCHASE:

1. I do not take checks of any type EXCEPT a cashier check issued by your US Bank. 
2. I do not accept money orders or bank wire transfers.
3. I will not settle the purchase in a cash app such as Venmo, Paypal or any similar app.
4. The weapon will be held after purchase until your method of payment clears my banks security and funding protocol to guarantee any check received is from a real bank, a real account owner, and the check was issued from said account with all funds available to settle the sale. 
5. No refunds or returns will be available after weapon leaves my control, leaves my hands. 
6. I will only ship the weapon to an authorized licensed FFL dealer for legal transfer of ownership.
7. I will only ship to Lower 48 US States + Alaska. Shipping to Alaska will require slightly higher shipping fee. 
8. Customer IS responsible for all Shipping & FFL Transfer of ownership costs. 
9. Any local Texas buyers within driving distance will need to meet me at a prequalified gun dealer to make the transfer upon sale.
10. Additional charge of $25.00 for FFL transfer to the buyer. If for California, $80.00 FFL transfer fee
