The original weapon was an M1A "Loaded" purchased in 2010.

As it’s configured now, it's similar to a Smith Enterprises “Crazy Horse” M21A5 sniper Rifle.

Smith Enterprise Vortex flash suppressor, set up for direct connect suppressor.

Quick attach scope base (do yourself a favor, do not detach it!)

Rifle’s op rod upgraded.

Recoil spring upgraded.

Unitized gas cylinder.

Was sent to Fulton Armory in 2017 and the gun was re-barreled and rebuilt, with a Douglas SS barrel replacing the original.  Front Stock Swivel, with Picatinny Rail, FA, M14/M1A. and Scope Mount, M14 / M1A, U.S. DMR, Brookfield Type installed by Fulton.  I have gotten 1/2 MOA groups with this weapon, by hand loading and a lot of work with 175 Gr BTHP bullets.  But it mostly shoots 1 MOA.

M1A was glass bedded in 2018, by one of the armorers at the Advanced Marksmanship Unit at Quantico VA.  Yeah, the guys that build the Marine Corps sniper rifles and maintain the USMC shooting team rifles.  Since then, I have put about 500 rounds through it.  It has been taken apart once since it was bedded.  (The cost of the glass bedding was 3 cases of beer)

Bi-Pod.

1x 10 Rnd, 2 x 15 Rnd, 3x 20 Rnd magazines.  Check local laws for these magazines. 

The original trigger and hammer replaced w USGI hammer and trigger, two stage crisp 4lb. 14 Oz (measured) break.  But a bit of tuning and it can easily come down to 4 Lb. 8 Oz.

I have a suppressor that will direct connect to the Vortex, but that will be extra with a lot of additional paperwork.

Sadlak Industry LLC upgraded gas piston for heavier bullets.

Original gas cylinder, flash suppressor (not legal in CA) and springs. And removal tool for GI Flash Suppressor.
