The iconic Steyr AUG rifle has been one of the most recognizable rifles in the world since its adoption by the Austrian army in 1977 and is now available for civilian use as the Steyr AUG A3 M1. The innovative bullpup design features a compact overall length of only 28 inches, even when equipped with a full-length quick detachable 16-inch barrel. 

The AUG features a short-stroke gas piston operating system with an adjustable gas regulator which allows the rifle to run clean and cool, resulting in less wear and tear, even in adverse conditions. The AUG features modular components and is designed for rapid disassembly and ease of maintenance. The barrel assembly is quickly detachable and interchangeable. 

This AUG A3 M1 is offered in the STANDARD version. 

This Standard version accepts Steyr AUG Factory Magazines and can be converted for left-handed shooters.  

The AUG A3 M1 stock assembly is highly durable synthetic and is Green. A variety of AUG A3 M1 customized accessories are also available through Steyr Arms.

Std. 1913 rails), which allow the quick and easy mounting of various accessories, such as illumination and target acquisition devices, including a variety of optics or night vision devices.
