Manufacturer was Akkar Silah Sanayi Ltd. of Istanbul, Republic of Turkey. Importer was Samco of Miami, the Charles Daly importer from 2012 until 2015. From its 11 serial number prefix, it was manufactured in 2011, so it is a Pre-Daly. Action is Beretta AL type gas operated semi automatic shotgun. Construction is steel barrel, bolt, trigger, magazine assembly, levers, and internal parts, built into a light weight alloy receiver with polymer trigger housing assembly. Chambering is 12 gauge, 2 3/4 inch and 3 inch shells interchangeably. Barrel is 29 3/4 inch, nominally 30 inches, with muzzle threaded for standard Rem-choke tubes. 11 ports are arrayed on either side of the second post, total of 22 ports. Bore is standard diameter, non back bored, and chrome lined. Tube furnished is .705 diameter Modified, 3 slash marks, good to go for any type of shot, but not optimal for rifled slugs. Sight system is .386 width serrated top, 9 post ventilated rib, that sits .29 inch above the barrel at the lug. Front sight is Ray-Bar type steel supported red fiber optic, that mates with the .099 brass mid bead and serrated receiver top for a figure 8 sight picture. Magazine tube is 14 inch open end with spring retainer, holds 5 rounds of 2 3/4 inch or 4 rounds of 3 inch 12 gauge shells interchangeably, 5 + 1 fully loaded capacity without any magazine adapter. Operators of Italian shotguns and their clones often figure out how to rest a ghost round on the shell carrier. The .240 smooth faced trigger pulls single stage at 6 1/2 pounds vicinity with moderate felt creep but minimal overtravel. Safety is push button, gunsmith reversible, behind the trigger. Forend is fluted top with cut checkered lateral panels. Buttstock is field type, with matching checkering on its pistol grip or wrist. Length of pull is 14 5/8 inches from the trigger face to the end of the 1/2 inch recoil pad. Stock drop is straight trap 1 1/4 at comb and 1 5/8 inches at the heel with a 1 inch right hand cant. Weight empty is 7 pounds, 7 ounces, with center of gravity at the chamber. Overall length is 51 inches. Barrel finish is polished surface blue, with gloss black anodized receiver finish, and with chrome carrier and bolt. Release button and trigger are gold plated. Marking is electronically engraved on the barrel and inked on the receiver, with roll stamped serial number that usually affects the finish next to it. Surface detractions are minimal, only faint operation streaking on the shell carrier. We rate this Daly as Excellent Condition, 90 to 95 percent vicinity by our estimate, but photos ought to suffice for our distinguished shoppers to judge finish grade for themselves. Bore, chamber, threads, and mechanism are all bright and clean. If this shotgun was fired, it was fewer than 50 times. Note the fiddleback figuring in the buttstock walnut.
