This rifle is a post recall unit, the owner personally exchanged his pre recall unit with the owner of James River Armory in Burgaw, NC. This lightly used rifle built from BM59 Paratrooper parts that were hand selected for quality, fit, and function runs flawlessly. It is fed by its box magazine on a steady diet of .308 ammunition. It features an integrated flash hider, correct BM59 bayonet and scabbard, period-correct sling, integrated folding bi-pod, folding stock, and functions as designed. Very few of the Paratroopers were made by James Rivers Armory on their receivers, most of the production being Standard BM59 rifles. This will make an excellent addition to any collection. A versatile, compact, effective companion for everything from pleasure shooting to self-defense.
