A factory-upgraded version of the Model 722, serial number 339231 features a AAA-grade walnut stock with strong, crossing grain and a steel butt plate. The 26-inch sporter barrel has an integral front ramp with bead, and the rear dovetail has an insert (rear sight not included). Both floorplate and trigger guard are metal, and overall metal finish appears to be rust blue and rates at least 95%. Wood finish is about 97%, with a scattering of small field impressions.
