The 5 dots flanking the Lightning Bolt script SS on the tang identifies this Case Hammerhead, Model P2159L SSP, as manufactured in President Reagan's Second Inaugural Year, 1985. It is complete in its original scabbard. While it has scabbard contact buffing on the edges of its brass bolsters, we detect no evidence that it has ever been sharpened. Used a couple of times, yes; but sharpened, never. We rate this 1985 Case as Excellent, since 90 to 95 of its original finish is intact. Overall length is 4 7/8 inches; and the blade measures 3 7/8 inches from heel to point. We're offering this named model Hammerhead for only $ 69.00
