The 9.3x62 is a powerful big game cartridge with a good reputation in Africa and Asia. It is sufficiently powerful for any North American game and would be excellent for Alaskan bear. The barrel is threaded to easily add a flash surpressor or silencer (not included). The stock is very nice European walnut with a cheekpiece and pistol grip. The front and rear grip surfaces are cut with quad-section, multi-point checkering that sets off the flowing, overall lines of the rifle.
