Barrels are 27.5 inches long with sloping matted rib (to balance difference in diameter), sling loop, bead front sight, two-leaf rear sight (one fixed and one folding), integral QD bases (rings not included) and extractor. The 28 gauge barrel is choked F, was an overall chamber length of approximately 2.4 inches, which is difficult to measure and the chamber area is rough from what appears to be machine marks. That said, the bore itself is in quite good condition, with some faintly rough spots. The rifle bore is good, with some visible softening but remains shootable. The receiver appears to have been recolored. It has cocking indicators, tang safety. Markings on left side are "JGA" and "1924". Overall metal condition is about 70%. Wood is about 75%, much of that due to added pad. Weight is 6.8 pounds, LOP is 13.8 inches, drops are 1.75 and 3.0 inches, and it appears absent cast. Price firm. Layaway considered.
