My estimated date of manufacture is 1943 (serial #161942), if my research is correct. It is Nazi marked, with the eagle over globe with “SS” insignia. The various exterior proofs include: “FABRIQUE NATIONALE D’ARMES DE GUERRE HERSTAL BELGIQUE” on the left slide over “BROWNING’S PATENT DEPOSE”; “WaA140” on left slide and frame; “161942” on right slide, frame, muzzle and barrel; “MR” on the left front trigger guard bow; “(H)” on the left front slide, Nazi eagle on globe with swastika on left frame and slide. Mechanically in very good condition, fine mirror bright bore with no pitting. There are eight (seven pictured) extra original .32 ACP magazines which can go with the gun, but will be charged at $40 each. With the extra magazines, the total price would $770.00.
