This rifle has a very nice 32.5-inch barrel with very mild pitting but clean and well-defined rifling. Proper proof marks and visible (worn) cartouche’. The overall condition of this fine antique is very good and will make someone a very nice addition to their collection. This rifle can be shot with good quality cowboy loads that use a 405 gr. Bullet with average velocities of 1250fps. (do not use modern ammo that exceeds these limits). Serial number 367626 The rifle has a Buffington rear sight, original cleaning rod and barrel bands and slings swivels are all in great shape. This rifle is on display in our NH showroom.
