This is a faithful copy of the original John Browning's 9mm Hi-Power: it has a 13-round magazine, all-steel frame, commander style hammer, and 3-dot sights. This example retains its original rich bluing throughout; and the checkered wood grips still have their crisp etching without scratches, gouges, or chips. These FEG Hi-Powers are, in my opinion, every bit as good as the FN's: the parts interchange between the two (I believe a 100%). I don't think I need to sell the Browning Hi-Power design. Almost everyone is familiar with the landmark design and its legendary performance. The difference here is that this is not selling for a $1,000. There is a wide availability of aftermarket parts for this model, if one wishes to pursue the matter. However, for under $400, the question almost becomes irrelevant.
