Construction is steel barrel, slide, and internal parts housed in a high impact, steel reinforced polymer frame. Barrel is 3.42 inch right hand hexagonal, 1: 9.84 inch twist, not designed for lead bullets or steel cased ammunition. Sights are stake on, steel reinforced polymer dot front with dovetailed white outline rear that is drift adjustable only for windage, U-Dot. Sight radius is 5.39 inches. Overall slide length is 6 1/8 inches, with 7 serration rear laterals. Trigger is .350 serrated face polymer with center safety lever, pulls on 5.5 pounds with 1/2 inch of trigger travel. Sear resets upon cycling. Trigger guard is clean checkered square face, with dual checkered patterns fore and aft on the grip frame. Magazine is a factory flat plate, capacity 9 + 1 rounds of .40 S&W Ammunition. Gross length of this pistol is 6 3/8 inches, and the height is only 4 inches. Width is 1.15 inches at the widest point of the frame, and weight empty is only 19.75 ounces with center of gravity at the trigger. Metal finish is durable black Tennifer Nitride. Surface detractions are minimal, only faint edge wear, right side grip frame wear, and wear to the lever.
