The shotgun was built by J. STEVENS ARMS COMPANY and sold under the REVELATION BRAND through WESTERN AUTO STORE. This model 350-m is a 94 under the Stevens brand. It is a .410 gauge with 26" barrel modified choke, the blue on barrel is in very good condition,receiver and hammer looks to be a black matte finish that looks to have been refinished some time in it's life. The trigger guard is a polished aluminum. The wood butt stock and forend is in excellent condition and it also has been refinished in walnut.The butt plate is in very good condition.
