Serial number 84937 appears on the barrel, scope mount, bolt handle, shroud and extended safety. Additional markings include "8" on underside of rear sight, "bcd" and "4" on front ring, "gnn" on right side of shroud, "d" and either "mub" or "gnw" on bottom metal. Cleaning rod has different serial. Stock has a "C" on the toe line and an "H" near the disc. Cross bolt has an "f". Waffenampts are present. SCOPE: Dailytan 4x serial 78494 has a three-post reticle. Optics are excellent. Ocular cover is present but warped. The outer attach lever to the mount is missing. CONDITION: The 24-inch barrel has a strong, bright bore. Metal surfaces retain approximately 70% of what appears to be the original finish. Markings are strong. The stock is in excellent condition with no significant blemishes and rates about 80%.
