This rifle is in original condition and has never been messed with. The bore is excellent and the wood is in great shape. There are no dents or scratches anywhere. There is normal bluing wear for a gun of this era (1925). I would rate this gun in very good overall condition. It is fitted with a tang mounted peep sight as were many rifles of this period. Included also is the original saddle scabbard that was used with the rifle. The scabbard is worn and dried out and no longer usable but is a piece of the rifles history. Additional photos available.
