The CZ 550 American, write our friends at CZ-USA, has all the features of the CZ 550 Lux but in an American styled package. The American features a newly designed classic American pattern stock, with satin finish and a Pachmayr recoil pad. This particular specimen of the CZ 550 America comes to us from one of our East Tennessee friends, who reports that it has never been fired or had a scope mounted, or seen any kind of action since it was test fired at the factory in the Czech Republic in 2005. Specs are: caliber .308 Winchester with 4 round internal magazine; CZ dovetailed receiver, scope mounts not included but readily available from the importer CZ-USA, part number 19003 for medium height; 24 inch barrel; marble figured dark walnut stock with 3/4 inch Pachmayr Recoil pad with 14 1/4 inch length of pull from the end of the pad to the smooth face of its stainless adjustable trigger. Weight empty is 8 pounds. Factory SKU is 04108. Replacement pricing for this rifle in our area is upwards of $1,000.00.
