Based on a magnum-length action, serial 276163 has a 20-inch custom barrel with banded and hooded front sight topped by a red-beaded fiberoptic blade, banded sling swivel stud and a scalloped island rear sight assembly (adjustable, express blade with white sighting line). The stock has been modified with a single crossbolt, full-length glass bedding and an inletted Super Grade sling swivel stud on the toe line. Capacity is four rounds, all feeding smoothly from the magazine. Extractor is strong but does "snap over" a round dropped in with moderate pressure. DIMENSIONS: Weight is 10.0 pounds and length-of-pull is 13.65 inches. The barrel is not marked as to brand and the source of custom work is unattributed. CONDITION: The bore is strong and bright. Refinished at the time of customization, bluing over the barrel and action is approximately 97 percent. Bottom metal appears to retain its original finish and is approximately 95 percent.
