Construction is steel barrel, action, and bolt, with alloy bolt cowl. Barrel is 18 inch, 1:10 right hand six groove rifling, .560 outside diameter at the counterbored muzzle, tapers to .685 osd at the forend, and 1.15 at the receiver ring. Stock has an integral bedding block system so that the barrel free floats. Receiver is flat sided laterally, with 4 screw drilled round top upper, 3 inches between the nearest drill holes; and Black Anodized Weaver type two piece scope ring mount bases are included.
Magazine is polymer with steel spring and polymer cartridge follower, front release detachable. Trigger is .350 wide with center set Marksman Adjustable, from 3 to 5 pounds, stainless body with blued steel set blade. Photo specimen pulled single stage at 4 1/2 pounds with negligible creep and overtravel. Bolt is two piece stainless body and 3 lug locking face, alloy rear cowl and steel operating handle. Bolt throw is 70 degrees. Safety is 77 type tang serrated polymer button, goes onto fire position silently. Finish is matte stainless steel barrel and receiver, with stainless bolt body and matte stainless trigger. Stock is one piece graphite based synthetic, with integral trigger guard, stippled grooved forend and pistol grip area, smooth surface buttstock area. Swivel studs are QD type blue steel. Drop is 1 7/8 at the heel, and 2 3/8 at the butt, measured from the scope bases, completely straight with No left hand cast. Length of pull is 12 3/4 inches from the set blade to the end of the 13/16 inch recoil pad. Weight empty is 5 pounds 11 ounces, with center of gravity at the stock bolt. Overall length is 36 3/4 inches.
