The rear flip sight is on the rifle but the spring is shot so it won't stay set. There are a few light scratches on the left side of the front stock which you can easily see in the pictures. Overall I would say the rifle looks better than the pictures I took. Ask questions you have before you bid.. This is a really nice rifle BUT: from the time I got this rifle it would jam firing regular .22 LR ammunition and as of this morning it still does. It will shoot CCI .22LR mini-mags as fast as you can pull the trigger. If you search the we for loading problems with this rifle you will see the same thing; something to do with the bolt is too heavy for the lighter round to push all the way back. Even if someone else doesn't tell you this it will still happen. I have dropped the price to the bottom dollar and if you want a good BAR-22 buy this rifle. This is the last round then I am going to sell it off as parts. The bolt itself is worth $100. if you ever need one. This is the last auction you will see this as a whole rifle.
