I have listed this Colt “Used, minor wear” because it has been fired, but remains in extremely fine condition. There is a small bit of wear at the left muzzle, and the edges of the cylinder front are thinning. There are also light scuffs around the cylinder. The action is very smooth, and there is a reason for this. Accompanying the Colt is an action kit. This gun has been tuned by an expert and with the insertion of the action kit, it would be ready for competitive shooting, Cowboy Action or whatever. In the kit are a new hammer, hand, hand spring and coil and rod main spring. The hammer accepts the coil spring, and the inside portion of the forward grip strap has been milled to accept the coil spring accoutrements. These have all been in the gun and functioning. For sale purposes, the kit was removed and original parts re-installed. Only a new trigger/bolt spring was left in from the kit. If you have specific questions about the action job, email or call me.
