The Nova utilizes a rotating, 2-lug bolt, so it operates very smoothly and easily. The receiver is made from a single piece of polymer molded over a stainless-steel skeleton frame. This results in a durable, reliable, and lightweight shotgun. This also means it will not rust and functions reliably in moist environments. The magazine holds 4 rounds, but this can be upgraded to 6 or 7 rounds with an extension. I believe Choate Machine and Tool makes them. The Nova Tactical can chamber 2.75”, 3”, and 3.5” shells, giving this defensive shotgun a level of versatility most competitors don’t have. The gun is essentially unused, but because there is no box, it will be considered “used” for listing purposes. It does come with a carrying case. This shotgun would be great for home defense.
