It is a 5 shot, double action model, chambered in 38 S&W caliber.The gun is hammerless and top break. Really a great conceal weapon or collectable Serial number puts the gun made in 1899. It retains at least 98% PLUS of the factory nickel finish, all markings are sharp and crisp and the bore is excellent. The barrel latch and trigger guard retain virtuall all of the factory blue, visible case colors on the trigger.The barrel is 3 1/2 inches long. The action works like new, with perfect timing and lock up. It does not appear to have been fired much at all. The grip is in excellent condition as is the rest of the gun.
