The metal surfaces on this lovely 1939 manufactured revolver retain 99% original blue finish with the slightest turn ring evident on the cylinder that has not worn through the finish. There are also a few scattered specks of light surface oxidation and the polished sides of the hammer remain bright with a few specks of light oxidation staining. This revolver has a checkered trigger and serrated topstrap. The checkered walnut grips with inlaid Rampant Colt medallions rate excellent and have sharp points. A nice honest second issue that will make a great addition to your collection. There is no box or papers.
