Model is Super B. Construction is entirely steel parts, with original factory brown polymer grips. From its S1 date Code, it was manufactured in 1974. Type is Single Action semi automatic pistol. Chambering is 9mm Luger caliber. Barrel is 5 inch chrome plated, with 6 groove, 1:10 right hand rifling. Sights are stake on front with dot inlay, and dovetailed notch rear that is drift adjustable only for windage. Slide is bushing type, with government style spring cap, with externally visible extractor that will serve as a loaded chamber indicateor, and with rear lateral side serrations. Twin Disassembly and slide stop levers are the Super B’s most distinguishing feature. Magazine is factory 9 shot, so 9 + 1 fully loaded capacity. The Super B has a magazine safety and main safety, left side mounted for right handed shooters only, and that locks on full cock, on half cock, and on resting position. There is no firing pin safety. Hammer is .427 checkered serration spur; and trigger is serrated spur .220. Trigger pull is two stage 5 1/4 pounds with minimal felt creep and overtravel. Lateral slide play is negligible. Finish is blued steel, with white side trigger, white extractor, case colored hammer, and brown grips. Surface detractions are minimal, only disassembly streaking, mill roughness to the trigger guard edges, and occasional finish freckling. We rate this Super B as Excellent Condition, 85 to 90% vicinity by our estimate, but photos ought to suffice for our distinguished shoppers to judge finish grade for themselves. Bore, chamber, and mechanism are all clean. We estimate that this pistols was actually fired fewer than 500 times, probably a reserve piece.
