It is in 99 % condition and comes with two Magazines, An extra Scope Cover with Picatiney Rail & a Carry Handle. This Receiver was not slotted for the Carry Handle but can be if so desired. It is in excellent condition and has the built in Bipod in the Forearm.The Bore is perfect, I was able to shoot 3 inch groups at 100 yards so I never mounted a Scope. The US Army acceptance for the M-14 rifles was a 6 inch group at 100 yards so I think this compares favorably to it.
