It has a 2" barrel with an overall blued finish. This semi-auto pistol has checkered hard rubber grips and was manufactured in 1912 per the serial number. On the right side of the slide you can see "Colt Automatic" & barely see "Calibre 25". The left side of the slide has more wear is more difficult to read. You can see the "COLT", then the end of the line reading "MFG CO. HARTFORD CT USA". The bottom line on the left side of the slide you can see "PAT", then the line is lost, with the remaining being "DEC 22" then more lost, then "25, 191C". The serial number on the frame is clear.
