It is a 2004 Model with all the strength enhancements that allow firing of full magnum loads (not designed for Red Hawk Loads). This revolver is in near new condition and has a clean excellent bore, no scratches or marks except for the cylinder line and it is very light. The muzzle has very light wear from being holstered which comes with the weapon. Now if you are new to the 44 Magnum, this is a great buy. Do not be deceived with all the new magnums on the market because the 44 Magnum has a bite. However, the Model 29 Classic does allow for comfortable firing of full magnum loads. The specifications: 6 shot, Round Butt, White Outline Rear Sight, Red Ramp Front Sight, Wide Target Trigger and Hammer. This does not have frame lock.
