Description: This listing is an antique Remington Portable Model 5 typewriter. It was manufactured between 1932 and 1939. It was also known as the Remington Monarch, Monarch 5, and Smith Premier Portable Model 35. This item has some minor, superficial corrosion and greasy dust commensurate with an item of this age but is otherwise perfectly functional with every key and lever performing as it's supposed to. With a little TLC this typewriter would make a great piece of working vintage memorabilia!
