We are offering a FN MADE Browning A5 chambered in 16 gauge. This appears to be an early version marked “Fabrique Nationale D’Armes Guerre Herstal Belgique”. This is a BELGIUM MADE BROWNING/FN SHOTGUN. All marking have been photographed.
25” barrel is very good, retaining the majority of its original bluing. I would place it at 95% conservatively with a raised top rib. Bore is bright and shiny with little wear. Barrel marked “Modified 16 Special Steel” with several smaller import marks (photographed). Receiver is very good, retaining approximately 90% original bluing. Semi-automatic action works flawlessly. Furniture remains very good with signs of overall handling wear. No breaks or cracks noted.
