The M1 1944 carbine features many of the same characteristics of the original Inland carbines. This model is designed for states with magazine and/or bayonet lug restrictions. It has a type 2 barrel band, adjustable rear sights, push button safety, round bolt, "low wood" walnut stock, and a 10-round magazine. The barrel is precision bored with a 4 groove 1 in 20” twist rate which provides great performance with the lighter projectiles commonly found with .30 Carbine ammunition.
