Gun is all original, matching numbers, extrememly clean! The only thing that has been done to this rifle is that one of the "Old Time" gunsmiths in the area stoned and polished the trigger. It's still full military two-stage, but now breaks at a very crisp 3 pounds with no creep! Excellent for shooting miltary bolt action target matches and for hunting. Very accurate with GOOD ammo (commercial or handloads), with mil-surp ammo its battle-accurate, better with some lots.
