We estimate it was manufactured in the mid-1990s. It has a 24 inch barrel, all stainless furniture and metal including its floorplate; and blue steel Redfield-type 2-piece mounts. This rifle is a local one-owner, but it has been hunted hard. Not fired that much, mind you, but there is a considerable amount of buffing to the matte-finished barrel and receiver that affects 15 to 20 percent of its surface area; and a similar situation holds with the stock. Satin stainless is difficult to photograph. This is an excellent hunting rifle, a seasoned veteran that has never failed and will give decades of fine service.
