It's a complete upper receiver with bolt, bolt carrier and firing pin. The muzzle is threaded so it will accept any host of muzzle brakes or compensators. If you live in a state where the minimum barrel length is 16 inches then you must permanently attach a muzzle brake or compensator to the end of this upper bringing it to the legal length. The barrel has had less than 500 rounds put through it. S&H will be via UPS so I will advise potential buyer of shipping charges depending on where they live.
