Bores are very nice. Original rear sight is missing from the .300 Savage barrel but the rifle does have a very nice Lyman tang, peep sight. No crack in tang! Serial number 238828. We rate the overall condition of this rare find to be very good. This rifle was manufactured in 1921 and there were 747 manufactured that year with the take-down feature (.300/410). This rifle/combo was sold that year to a gentleman in Dallas Texas.
