This is one of the most useful rounds in our neck of the woods, Winchester's crimped-end .22 LR Loads with #12 Shot. At one time in our past, it was so popular that Winchester and Remington both manufactured smoothbore rifles for it. Those weren't autoloaders, though, and a person will have to hand-cycle these if he attempts them in any kind of auto. These little rounds hold about 30 grains of #12, somewhere around 135 pellets. Effective range for small rodents or birds is about 15 feet at the farthest, but these can certainly inflict damage and pain if they are used haphazardly. For pests of any substantial size, a person is better off with a center fire round. Still, these have their proper use and can be very effective. Velocity is around 1200 fps at the muzzle. We get much more positive reports, both from internet posts and from our own customers, on these than we do on the much pricier CCI .22 LR Loads. They come 50 to the box, and we sell a good many in our store by the box, each for only $ 9.95.

Don't let your buddies use your account. Registered user must be the buyer, with his or her own money. Buying firearms and related items for other people can result in felony charges. Don't try, either, to circumvent any law; for example, a California civilian may not buy a high capacity magazine and have it shipped to his brother-in-law in Nevada. That is a felony.
